Mech o fix will confirm receipt of a deletion request within 15 working days of receiving the request and to respond to requests to delete within 50 calendar days. Our Services facilitate communication between Mech o fix, our customers, and Technicians or other related consumers of Mech o fix platform. The private and shared areas of the Mech o fix Platform help to facilitate communication medium between Mech o fix, our customers, and Technicians or other related consumers of Mech o fix platform. The information contained in work orders is accessible by you, Mech o fix, and the contracting Technicians, and other related costumers. The Payment System
We offer a payment system that allows customers to pay with a credit/debit card or through bank accounts (the “Payment System”). If you make use of the Payment System, we will collect your financial institution information and will use that information to bill your services and to perform the billing operation on behalf of the Technician, and other related consumers of Mech o fix platform including but not limited to the use and disclosure of such credit/debit card number and information to third parties as necessary to complete such billing operation. Or other mechanisms agreed upon with Mech o fix in advance.
